We're not perfect, and we don't claim to have every answer. But we believe in being transparent about the ingredients we use, the packaging we choose and the partners we work with.
Where better options exist, we'll continue to explore them. Where there are trade-offs, we'll be honest about them.

Responsibly Sourced Palm Oil
Some of the ingredients used in our biscuits are derived from palm oil.
Rather than avoiding palm oil altogether, we choose to support responsibly sourced, RSPO-certified sustainable palm oil through our suppliers.
The Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) is an internationally recognised certification body that promotes more responsible palm oil production and improved environmental and social practices throughout the supply chain.
Palm-based ingredients help provide the texture, freshness and eating quality that make our biscuits so enjoyable. By sourcing through certified sustainable supply chains, we aim to support better industry practices while continuing to deliver the quality our customers expect.
We recognise palm oil is an important issue for many people and will continue to monitor developments and opportunities for improvement as the industry evolves.
Ethical Manufacturing
We believe sustainability is about more than packaging. We believe caring for people throughout the supply chain is just as important as caring for the product itself. The factory that produces our biscuits is independently audited through Sedex 4-Pillar certification, covering:

Why Our Biscuits Are Individually Wrapped
Every biscuit is individually wrapped to protect its freshness, quality and food safety.
Because our biscuits are often enjoyed in cafés, hotels, workplaces, gift boxes and shared environments, individual wrapping also helps maintain hygiene and ensures every biscuit arrives just as intended.
Our outer cardboard packaging is recyclable and is produced by an FSC-certified manufacturer with ISO 14001 environmental certification.
While our inner sleeves and individual wrappers aren't currently recyclable through standard household recycling programs, we continue to work with our manufacturing partners to review improved packaging solutions as materials and recycling technologies evolve.
Sustainability is something we continually assess, balancing environmental considerations alongside food quality, freshness and waste reduction.
